During my 30 period I notified them I was going with EE. Approx 16 days they come up with a better deal, which I accepted. They said I would not have to anything they would notify EE that I was staying. On Friday our broadband, home phone and tv were alll disconnected. On the Thursday I had an accident & I am now in hospital, my wife is tearing her hair out as she doesn’t have a mobile phone the landline is her only method of communication. So am I going to finish with 2 contracts, 1 with VMware & 1 with EE. So I ask again “what is going on?” Help - issue with TV/V6 red light We have exacly the same issue. We now have the red light on continually on the box, regardless the box is on or off. When we try to reset the box it takes forever (in excess of 8 mins) to boot up. The remote buttons are now very stiff, the ok button sometimes work but more often does not, the guide button is very hard to press down. Changed the batteries twice.
