new msg added to my case. in short the issue came back today but now seems to be ‘working’ again after restarting my 2nd box, which had been powered on but in ‘standby’, but still working previously, i was getting the cpe1 ip without too much issue....
Yep yours did look different, maybe for hell of it try changing the box name, or see if they can provide you a 2nd box to test against. And/or try connecting the box to the hub by WiFi or cable to see if varies.
