I am also having the same issues as mentioned above and I am going round in circles. It feels that Virgin have purposly made this process hard work, yet when being sold the volt package just recently I was told I was allowed 3 boosters FREE. Why are we being pointed to use the virgin connect app, when it wont allow us to order there? Or pointed to the wifi max page, which also sends you round in a circle? I feel ive been misold this package, please can someone from virgin get in touch with me asap to arrange a free booster. Thank you760Views0likes0Comments
