I have also got the same problem. I was rang up and told my virgin contract needed renewing and during the call she said she would send me an o2 sim for £5 per month. I told her that I didn’t need it and she said ask a family member. I told her that my family were sorted but she said not to worry as it would still be cheaper to pay the £5 and my new virgin contract. I really don’t want to be paying £5 for nothing.
