there have been threads about forced migrations, apparent shortages of V6 capable boxes for years. If it was that costly to VM to have two platforms they would have forced the upgrade years ago. If anyone feels like they have been misled into a move to TV360 I'd recommend raising a formal complaint as I was able to revert my boxes back last year.Re: Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything...
Here is the key part of the chat but can share the full transcript if needed (when I called 150 they said it was on my file too) And here is the new contract summary page - key difference from my old one is No additional v6 box (but equally does not call out any box) and no TNT sport but the My Virgin Media page actually still shows this under Maxit so perhaps it is all good?Re: Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything...
Thank you for the reply! This was the first screen and then I confirmed via chat that it would be included. Interestingly although the pre-contract information does not call out TNT, it is MAXIT which is on the contract.
