Had a call from Virgin Media Customer service, as I wasn't prepared to spent 10 minutes going through "security questions" they would not provide an update on the email outage .. I said it effects a large number of people, so why do we need "security questions" .. They refused to give an update, so I thanked them for their call and we said goodbye ... How to make a problem even bigger .. don't provide an update .. then waste my time !!1.4KViews2likes0Comments
