I also want you to know, that I am me, with this balaclava fully covering my face using a bank card. No need to assume otherwise....you know, even though I've got this balaclava on my face. That wording seems out of place. What is the error message exactly? Can you provide a screen shot? Security could be something else, not to do with your WIFI Network password. Re: Unable to sign into Virgin Media Account If you keep seeing that image you have posted, then you have not completed the VMO2 ID registration process. Please follow the instructions from that screen by inputting your email address and pressing Next, then follow the remaining instructions. The option to link accounts comes after you have created the VMO2 ID. Re: Email issues Just to clarify, as I've seen Adduxi ask 2 times. Are you attempting access via webmail? I've not seen a reply directly confirming yes or no to this question. Before we can talk about Gmail and tablets and phones, it's best to get the basics out of the way, so we need to confirm this point with a yes or no. As you have mentioned having 2 email addresses. Have to gone to the webmail service directly by using your web browser and going to https://mail.virginmedia.com and properly logged in both email addresses and viewed the inboxes? If yes, then we can move on to tablets and phones and such else. If no, then what is the fault or error message that is appearing? Re: Cannot log in to e-mail (Secondary Accounts) markfranklin wrote: During the process of doing this, it forces the user to make the new login linked to the main Virgin account, which is NOT desired. You do not have to link the remaining 9 emails, only one account.... whichever one you consider the main account, needs to be linked. When the page comes up that offers you to link to VM or O2 accounts, you should have the option to skip. Re: Cannot log into one of my ntlworld accounts Only one account needs linking, as you have stated, that would be your "main" one. Any other emails you use may need to be converted to VMO2 IDs, but they do not need linking, you should have the option to skip that part. Their mailboxes can be accessed the same way they always have been at https://mail.virginmedia.com/ Re: [Solution] to VM linking problem Without seeing what you are looking at, it's hard to confirm..........but you might be right. If the page that you keep seeing reload is the basic VM landing page with the purple strip up top, then you should also see an icon in the upper right that should allow you to log out. In the upper left of that same screen, you might see 3 bars that should offer you other menu options and other areas of the site you can access with your current log in. Re: '/my-virgin-media' site stuck on a loading loop Can you upload a full image so we can get a better picture of what you are looking at? Re: Access sub account email Are you possibly using the same device for both IDs? It might be that you need to log out first? The screen that you mention that keeps coming up....is there a little icon in the upper right and if so, can you click on it? There should be a 'sign out' option if you are still logged in. Once you have logged out [or if it already shows as logged out] can you try going here? That link should take you to your inbox via webmail.
