When I check the system it says that there is programme info up to Tue 8th July. When I check the network connection the box seems to be successfully updating every 6 hours, as is usual. I have tried to force a connection to update, it connects to network, says it's downloading, and successfully completes. However there is nothing new downloaded and the tv guide still shows up to Tues 8th. This is all tv channels not just Terrestrial channels (BBC, ITV). I have tried rebooting, but that doesn't change anything. When I check the service status page on the website it shows Broadband connectivity issues on the tv, but broadband is working perfectly, and if there were connectivity issues the box wouldn't be able to successfully connect to the network. This happened a few months ago as well, it seemed to take a few days but it did update everything. So, I'm probably just over anxious, that its a problem with just me, and it'll be fixed soon, but if this is happening with anyone else, at least i'll know it's VM and not my box. Any ideas would be grateful. Re: TV guide not updating Thanks @newapollo at least now I know that the epg is correct, if you are showing the same info. I'll have to check later, to see if the Sky channels show 3rd June. It was just odd that when I looked at the Virgin Go App epg that was showing more up to date info for the days that seemed to be missing off my tv epg, which was why I thought there was an issue. Re: TV guide not updating Sorry it should have said 2nd June not July. At least its normal for the Broadband issues. So that's not causing this issue. I did wonder if its me, but I have spoken to a number of neighbours, family and friends, who live locally and in other parts of the country, to ask if they could check the service status of their equipment. All came back with "Broadband connectivity issues" with tv. Therefore I can't believe its just the 6 of us, so it must be a nationwide VM issue. However, there is nowhere on the service status page that says its a nationwide issue, or that VM are aware of this issue, and no timeframe when this is going to fixed. Given its a bank holiday weekend, it might take longer than expected So has this happened with anyone else - Showing "Broadband Connectivity Issues" on the Tv section of service status, or know what I can do to solve this if it is happening to just a few random people. I have tried rebooting, but that doesn't change anything, and there are no issues in my area when I check the service status page on the website. Is this just me, or is this a nationwide issue?
