4th time in a week that i've had to change my password in order to access my ntlworld emails on my PC. i now have no idea which password is used for which email address for my various virgin media accounts. They tell you to change your "email address" and then ask you for your "email address" without telling you which "email address" your supposed to use. VM need a serious kick up the backside and explain what changes they're making (preferably in advance, not after the event), why, and what effect it will have on anything else! And, after they've told you to use 2 different email addresses, which one they want you to use on each occasion!962Views0likes1Comment
