Asked for a landline number change last Sunday am. Now Tuesday 20.15, and change still not done. Any advice please.
Are all sims been updated. One of my sims as been replaced but my other has not.
My virgin media connect app doesn't connect to hot spots, or let me set up my profile. I was right next to a hot spot  and still didn't connect. It is connected to my hub, and my account says I have hot spots activated. Any ideas.
Can I update my existing 4g SIM to a 5g while keeping my existing plan?
I have 2 Sims but only 1 phone. Can I buy an extra phone and use and upgrade one of my Sims to 5g?
