I know the help assistants on here can be very useful + proactive but that sadly is not typical of VM response. Ive recently had exactly the same problem as described, trying to get hold of a person to even talk the problem thru is a nightmare. Last week was the final straw and I jumped ship and after 20+ years the appalling service drove me away. For too long VM we’re delivering approx 10% of the service I was paying for yet I was expected to pay 100% of my part. Im off to one of the competitors who are offering double the BB speed for 60% of the payment. Best advice, shop around for a better deal and if you do leave expect to be inundated with phone calls from VM to try to keep you.🙄
