Re: virgin 360 query Unfortunately it will only record programmes that appear in the tv guide. Re: new to 360- audio dropout Unfortunately once you have downloaded the 360 software, there is no going back to the V6. Re: upgrade To Virgin media 360 TV If you get a new box with Sky you also lose your recordings. Re: upgrade To Virgin media 360 TV If both are V6 boxes they will just update the software send you new remote controls. If one box is Tivo, they will send you a mini box or stream box with a remote control as a replacement Re: Complaints and TV 360 What is your complaint as someone may be able to help? Re: Netflix Apps should be working now as there has been a national outage Re: Apps I understand that there is a fault nationally with users being unable to access any apps. My Voice Command is working ok. Re: Does anyone like their TV 360? Personally I like the 360 especially the voice control. It took a while to get used to it but I wouldn't go back to the V6. It's not perfect but what box is Re: 360 is meant to be rubbish? In the tv guide select the channel you want by keying the channel number you want on your remote. Scroll across to the programme you want and press the record button which is the red circle button on the remote. Or if you are on the channel you want to record a programme, press the ok button on your remote and scroll across to the programme and press the red circle button to record. The 360 box does take some getting used especially the different layout and getting used to the functions as there are some missing compared to the V6 box but once you get used to the 360 box I think you will like it. Unfortunately once you have changed to the 360 box, there is no going back to the V6 box.
