Re: Gmail not recognising Ntlworld.com Hi Coenoby, I'm only able to reply to a couple of the messages as I'm off out soon for the Easter weekend, but here is the screenshot of the error message - 3137 - I receive when I try emailing myself from one of my other Virgin Media email addresses. This was from a few days ago, I tried again today and it still hasn't been received at either address. It is showing as being sent in one Sent box and not in the other. I'm beginning to lose the will....I don't know which emails may have been sent to me and not received, which is a worry. Re: Intermittent Emails Hi, Thank you for your reply. This can't be the case with my problem though as my family's emails aren't coming through either, yet they don't receive any bounceback replies. A couple of other emails that I knew I should have received were from the local council, I phoned to explain what was happening and gave them my gmail address, they sent two emails and they arrived my end! I posted twice about it, which Kath rightly told me I shouldn't have done, but I didn't know which place was the best to post. I told the man who replied to my other post that I'm still not getting email through - it'll be a week on Wednesday - but he hasn't replied. I know of a few companies that I get regular emails from and they haven't arrived. When I try sending myself an email from one of my other email addresses it doesn't go through. As mentioned on my other post, very occasionally a little box will appear at the bottom right of my screen to say an email has arrived, but when I look in my Inbox it isn't there! But this is only very, very occasionally that I see the box. I spent nearly an hour on the phone when it first started and was told that the problem could take 3 days to fix, that time is up and other people seem to have their email back again, but I don't. Some of the emails that I imagine should have come through to me and haven't, are important, and I'm not getting them! I'm getting an odd email to a couple of my addresses over the course of a couple of days, but that's it. I don't know what the last paragraph of your message means, but I imagine that's a no. Something I've noticed is that while I'm on my pc, I (very) occasionally see the little box that comes up on the bottom right of my computer informing me of new mail but when I go to my inbox on Outlook or log in to VM to view it, it's not there! So where is it all going and why isn't it coming to me? I haven't changed anything or done anything different at all. Nobody on here seems to be willing or able to help me, which is really disappointing.
