No access to account email
Hello, i am trying to change my registered account email address from virginmedia@mycompanyname.com to myactualname@mycompanyname.com and cannot. I can log in with the username virginmedia@ as i know the password, but when i try and change the email it sends an auth code to that virginmedia@ email which i can no longer access so cannot go any further. Oddly my monthly bills come correctly to myactualname@mycompanyname.com Can someone help please, cant get through on the chat service. Hello, can anyone help stop these porn popups please? On the 9/9/24 we changed to a new VM package and i've just spotted that our family settings which were on were now off, i've just switched them back on - why they were changed i don't know! I've noticed on my computer i keep getting porn looking 'chaturbate' popups at random times, including times that we are out the house. How do i stop this? Does it take a while for the family settings to activate? I am fairly IT savvy, use a PI Hole and have just run malware & virus scans on my Mac (OS 14.6.1 using Chrome) to find nothing.
