I think receiving the pre-contract docs is just a quote. I did the same again with my name and I noticed on the website you had to tick a few boxes, confirm details and place order - which I didn’t. Hi all, My wife was online doing some price quotes on the VM site this morning and has somehow now received a pre-contract document email. Is this an actual contract? Hope not as we still have an active account and we’re just looking at offers. Contacted VM on the 0345 number and they can’t help as we have an active account in my name. any ideas?
