In the meantime I've been sent an email saying my account has been charged for not returning their kit. This email has a link to book a pickup, can I put the Hub in any packaging for collection? I think I've heard of this happening before but it might have been a different comapany and I might be mistaken in my memory! I'll see what happens and hopefully a refund will come as it is a sizeable amount of money for me, probably to a lot of people (£69). Bank account debited after cancellation Just a query really. I cancelled my broadband at the end of the introductory 18 month price, and the service is disconnected. However my bank account has just had the the new higher price debited. Is this standard practice and it will be refunded? Or do I have to chase them up on this? Solved
