Planned recordings sometimes not recording, recording playback stopping and stuttering, picture breaking up etc. Also, the box sometimes decides to reboot when watching a live programme or recording. Have tried reporting this by phone but for some reasion can't get through to the correct department without giving a mobile number gfor a link to be sent to me. Any help appreciated. Many thanks. Disconnection Fee I have an 18 month Broadband/Landline/TV contact which still has about 10 months to go. I would like to ditch the TV and landline altogether and just keep the broadband. Can anyone advise me as to how disconnection fee I would have to pay in these circumstances please. Thanks in advance for any info.
