As per my post 2 days ago there seems to be more of us having this problem including PetalLeaf. I have now tried the delete extensions route and Ooooooops stll showing when I try to log in. I have also tried switching off the hub and counting 20 which used to be the goto solution several years ago. As I also said in my post ...... I have, this morning, once again deleted cookies and other site data and also cleared the cache. I have a fault ticket P013052883 in place for over 3 weeks. Spoke to 2nd line on 14th June as I still couldn't access My Virgin Media and was informed that, as I was not the only person unable to sign in and getting the " unusual" Oooops message, the fault was being worked and due to be fixed in 1 to 2 days. Left it till today and as it hasn't been fixed and spent 30 minutes trying to speak to a human being, I did get through but whilst speaking to her for several minutes and her eventually looking at the fault ticket she said that she couldn't hear me and to hang up and she would phone me back. The agent chose to phone me back on my mobile phone which I couldn't get to in time, rather than the landline which should be showing up as the preferred number to use. Can't face using the 150 nightmare route again sooooooooo So could you please see what is happening.
