Just frustrating when you know your contract is coming to an end and the online account says you have no orders. I just want to be sure if this is going through Online renewals not working?? I see so many other people in this forum are having the same issue as me. Renewed my contract online, received emails from virgin media confirming however account not updated and when contacting customer services they tell me there's nothing on their end. And they can only offer a more expensive deal. Why doesnt this work? Has renewing online worked for anyone at all? Frustrating.
