I am convinced it is something to do with the hard drive on the box. As I have said all recordings start and then say recording failed due to a technical issue. Re: 360 box not playing recordings The issue with that is that she is in an annexe attached to our house, The router is in our house and not strong enough to give a good signal to hers, hence the mesh system which a virgin engineer suggested on a visit previously. I would have to run a very long cable to reach the router. Re: 360 box not playing recordings Its connected by wi-fi. Yes the recordings show the same on the working box. The second box is on a mesh network which it has always been on without issue until this week. Re: 360 box not playing recordings It is a V6 box. They both are. Now they all have a red exclamation next to them and say that they failed due to a technical issue, which is presumably that the hard disk is screwed!!! Re: 360 box not playing recordings Hi, You are more or less correct in that they were both Tivo boxes previously, but have both been converted to 360 with one being the master, the other wasn't swapped out, it is also used in the same way but not as the master box. The problem has persisted and I am going to have to get an engineer out as I cannot resolve the issue. Re: 360 box not playing recordings Thanks Roy, but I don;t think that this is the issue as once the box has been rebooted the recordings are viewable. I know what you mean about recordings being on the other box, but as they are both Tivo boxes they each have a hard drive for recordings which has been working without issue until about 5 days ago.
