The only good reason to do a reset is if the original, very secure, working for years, had been compromised somehow. Is that the case? I said that I have had intermittent connection, both from my mail client and going on line. Obviously therefore my existing password works at least sometimes. Suggesting a reset is just something for you to say, it could not possibly serve any useful purpose under the circumstances. I normally receive many messages per day. Right now, Monday 3rd July 10:55 I am seeing continuous time outs. I am seeing such time outs about 50% of my attempts to connect.
