I'm currently paying £41 a month for 350 which they upgraded from £39 for 250. Am I getting a good deal. I only renewed in November when I had the option to cancel otherwise I would have been stuck in my previous contract at £47 a month for 250. There are currently no other ftth providers in my area so I can't get the same speeds elsewhere at this moment in time. Re: Email sign in on 3rd party email app. Many thanks Graham. I was running round in circles searching for a solution so you've been a great help All sorted now Email sign in on 3rd party email app. I have a new phone and blueyonder email address. I'm using a 3rd party email app to read my emails on my old phone but I am unable to setup the account on my new phone because I have forgotten the email password. I've tried to change the password for 3rd party apps via my virgin media but it is asking me to change the account email address. Will I still sign in using my blueyonder email address? SolvedRe: Pricing Increase Notification That's why I asked or are they under a NDA? Re: Pricing Increase Notification Did this get sorted for the O.P.? Re: Pricing Increase Notification My discount ends in September 2024. When I agreed to the contract on the phone I was told there would be no increase in the price until the contract ended. This was a blatant lie if prices go up in April. Also the fact you cannot tell anyone how much the increase will be until after they are able to cancel without penalty is a farce. Re: Pricing Increase Notification The generic company response rather than answering the question. Re: Pricing Increase Notification Neither available in my area at the moment. I did have a City Fibre flyer through the door but when I check my postcode on their website it says coming soon. Re: Pricing Increase Notification Who did you go with? I'm limited to Virgin for fibre broadband so I'd have to take the hit on speed to go elsewhere. Re: Pricing Increase Notification You can point out the small print all you want. The problem is C.S. stated differently in the phone conversation.
