Locked out of Virgin Account
Hi Everyone I usually log into me virginmedia or Virgin Email accounts with a 4 digit pin, but a few days ago it asked me for a passkey. I have never created one so obviously it can't find it. I have tried all the different options I'm given, the last one being to use a 5 worded rescue key. I enter the one that was originally created and I saved, but it won't accept that either. If Virgin have time to do these updates, then why don't they fix some of the anomalies that still exist from when 360 what launched. Like adding the year of a film to the guide, instead of having to click on the film to get its description to find out, or putting undelete back into recordings section.
