I too apologise for jumping on this thread, but I'm seeing the exact same issue. I have 2 rooms where the signal is below 30Mbps and there is no option to order pods in the VM connect app in iOS. The WhatsApp group doesn't reply, I get sent there and prompted to say "Hi" then nothing (and I've waiting days), and I can't get through on the phone. So how am I mean to order the pods?
