Increasing to: £28.76 from your April 2026 bill £32.26 from your April 2027 bill £62.87 from your August 2027 bill yes this looks great until you reach august 2027 with it being a 24 month contract would I have to pay a early disconnection fee to leave at this time, and what would that fee be, Re: signing in Hi thanks for the reply I wouldn't even know how to find this account, I have a virgin broadband only account no phone or volt what ever that is. after god knows how many years just tapping on the link to read my bill, I now have to go though a third degree why can't they just leave things alone, at 79 I have not got enough space in my head to take all of this in. signing in just got my statement for august so went to view but finish up having to reset passwords two step verification do this do that drove me mad,why do they need to make it so difficult. anyway when I finally got done I find I have pressed a wrong button somewhere and now have a o2 sign in account as well and I am not even on o2 how do I delete part on my account? cheers trevor Re: Pricing Increase Notification Hi for your interest I am on 126 broadband only, but told them they could drop me down to 50 as I was on that speed for many years they overtime put it up I did not ask for it, didn't make any difference to me for what I do, but now days I see quite a few offering that speed so can have a look around. Re: Pricing Increase Notification Well my contract runs out at the start of march, so see what they will offer then. Last contract started at £31-50 and by the end £39 not a lot for some but being 77 and on state pension made a difference for me, like a lot of people now days cost of living has hit us hard. Mind you I am not one who swaps and changers been with this setup since day one, but it looks like I will have to start. Re: Pricing Increase Notification Yes that is exactly what they do, I had a 18 month contract over 22 to 24 and that is what happened to me, still had the discount but the increase was on the package price, very crafty.
