Yep same happening for me again - so annoying as lots of recipients now use gmail and not receiving my blueyonder emails as they sit in their spam folder. This is more than a slight inconvenience, it has been going on for almost 3 weeks now, if it is not VM end then surely VM need to communicate with gmail. We pay VM for services, which they have just advised are going up in April, not gmail, the service they are supplying is not fit for purpose when customers have to remember to email all gmail contacts via another route and not use their blueyonder account. This has been going on for 2 weeks now - all blueyonder emails sent to gmail recipients go into gmail spam. There are 2 threads on here and 1 on gmail forum. A couple of replies from Forum team here but nothing actually happens to put this right. This has now been going on for 10 days, straight forward email going from any blueyonder email address to all gmail recipients automatically go into gmail spam folder unless recipient knows to apply a filter to never send to spam for that blueyonder email address. A short term solution I have used with people I know that have gmail accounts is to ask them to apply a filter within their gmail accounts - these are the steps:- Here are the steps :- Log into their gmail account Select settings > see all settings Filters and blocked addresses Create a new filter Fill in the line “From” with your @blueyonder.co.uk email address don’t need to fill in anything else Select create filter Next page tick box “never send to spam” Click create filter Hope this helps - but VM please please get this sorted out.261Views0likes5Comments
