The only reply from one was "we have asked you to be patient" well how long does that mean, over 4 weeks now since issue first raised, still not fixed and absolutely no evidence they are trying. As Blueyonder customers we can only ask VM to look into it for us - can they not contact/work with Gmail? The workaround once anyone knows is to add a filter to your gmail account to not send any emails containing blueyonder to spam - but people have to know about the issue to do this. Really hope you can get this resolved for us sooner rather than later. Now been going on for nearly 2 weeks this time around, same happened in February and it took weeks to sort out. So many Blueyonder customers just won't realise their emails are not reaching their Gmail recipients as the message does not bounce back just goes into the recipients spam folder and many people don't check that regularly. Yep same happening for me again - so annoying as lots of recipients now use gmail and not receiving my blueyonder emails as they sit in their spam folder. It took weeks to sort out earlier this year - please VM/Gmail take this seriously and sort it out speedily and for good.393Views1like0Comments
