Can't change contact phone number on VM website account
I have tried several times to update my contact phone number on the VM website. It allows me to edit the info and save it but it reverts to the old number every time. Hi, I was out of contract and I took out a new VM contract at a discount for 18 months (with a slightly reduced discount for the remaining six months). I was told that there would be *no* price increase this year which was important as I wanted to reduce my outgoing for this year and only be paying a fixed amount. However, I have just received an email from VM notifying me of the upcoming price increases! Is this just a standard email issued to everyone or is the cost of my package going to be increased when I was assured that it would not? Many thanks, Chris364Views0likes1Comment
