Signing in on my work laptop works fine, however. I'd rather not have to do that, given traffic is monitored. Subsequently, it's a pain to pay either the O2 or Virgin bills on my home PC. Infuriating 'IDF-12B' error when attempting to sign in The title says it all really - I haven't been able to get into my account for a number of months now, and clearing browser cache/using alternate browser/performing ritual incantations has no effect at all. Any help would be much appreciated.
