Just FYI - whilst going through the signin process on Friday, I was prompted to do an O2/Virgin linking, which has resolved the issue. Thanks for the quick responses :)

Infuriating 'IDF-12B' error when attempting to sign in
The title says it all really - I haven't been able to get into my account for a number of months now, and clearing browser cache/using alternate browser/performing ritual incantations has no effect at all. Any help would be much appreciated.
