ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Cutting out around midnight every night! I’m having this issue and came to the forum to see if I could find anything out. This post is exactly the same issue I face. Moved property and took my VM over. The street had to have the lines installed from the main road. This took a few days and then the engineer came and installed the router. At around 23:20 each evening, I get a notification from my home alarm monitoring to say it’s on cellular backup. The internet goes off and the Hub 5 starts flashing blue. When you reset it, it is either the same colour or flashing red. Router status says “US ranging”. I do have an engineer visit and hopefully can get a resolve and I have the broadband quality tester logging in the background. Rang the number and no area issues. When I wake up, as long as it’s after 10am, the reset brings it back to life. Very strange issue. It’s like someone is turning it off for the night. I’ll post an update when the engineer has been.
