Re: Keeping you up to speed You won't get any offers here (due to data protection) as this is a pubic forum. Your best option is to call and threaten to leave. Re: Keeping you up to speed Not sure I would wish TalkTalk on my worst enemy. Re: Keeping you up to speed From my experience any new discounted deal is a new contract with its associated RPI increase next year, unless you can negotiate that away as well which some have. Re: Keeping you up to speed The price is increased but the discount isn’t Re: Keeping you up to speed You just have to be persistent. I just kept repeating myself that I wanted to cancel. Of course they can cancel if you received the letter and are within the deadline they set in that letter. Re: Keeping you up to speed Have you actually had a price rise notification from them yet, email or letter? Re: Keeping you up to speed I believe there is only a 30 day commitment to adding sports and movies. So if it does you can remove it, do check though. Re: Keeping you up to speed A friend of mine got the £143/month Oomph package she was on that was going up £21 reduced to £73/month for an 18 month Volt deal. That was on her third call, each call she got given a different "final" offer. Re: Keeping you up to speed RPI is a discredited measure, you would expect more from Virgin Media O2. RPI includes mortgage costs which CPI doesn't amongst other differences. I am sure VMO2 is well affected by mortgages.
