I cannot access my account , getting the "Your email account is unavailable" message page over and over again. I have tried to follow instructions to change the password on my account, but that does not work - I input my gmail address, am promised an email there .... which never comes! I have spent nearly 3 hours on the telephone without any result.I do not get an error message when I email my virgin.net account from my gmail account, so I assume that it still exists. We had a similar issue with my wife's virgin.net account about 5 years ago, which was eventually (I don't know how!) sorted.. It sounds as though you may have some idea what is going on - can you help me with this?
