Re: NTL email problems I have 5 email address' (family) linked to my main account and cannot sign in via web to any account. I did receive by email this morning, my monthly VM bill, clicked on the 'view my bill' button and got a continuous circling arrow on a blank page. I seems as though it's not just NTL but a few of the other associated emails belonging to Virgin Media. I started a new thread, so as not to jump on the back of the actual thread of the Virgin Media email poster, but it seems as though there are more, so probably will be merged. NTL email problems Hi, I have not been able to access emails, (NTL) via gmail or web mail since this afternoon. I have tried other devices and platforms all with the same message of :- 'error a temporary failure occurred during login. please try again later' I did get my email page once, but it was completely empty, stripped bare, and then it disappeared! I see that others with Virgin Media email are also having the same/similar problems. Re: Another NTL email sign in problem Hi Coenoby, I am afraid it is Malarebytes Browser Guard. It is up to date, the add ons are configured to update automatically (I have checked) and I use FireFox. If I disable it, I can, as stated, most times, sign in. I am also perplexed that it does not happen on any other site, apart from Virgin Media. Although slightly different, my Laptops are protected by Malwarebytes Premium. Best, Carol Re: Another NTL email sign in problem Hi coenoby, late last night I disable the malwarebytes browser guard again, and I got through! Malwarebytes browser guard removes the 'Captcha' so you can't get through as no boxes have been clicked to prove you are not a 'bot. This morning I had another problem, in the form of 'server unreachable' I noticed your reply and tried the direct https link, and et voila! Success!!! Many many thanks Yes, I am changing my email counts over to gmail, sadly not complete at the moment.
