Hello, Thanks for the replies. I am not sure the box has ever worked for the Kids TV and I think it was the first time I tried to use it with my Grandson. I think i had the same issues with Sky sports on the same box when i first had it installed as the message indicates “We are currently setting up your channels and they should be available soon” shows all the time but if fault continues to contact Virgin media Regards1.3KViews0likes0CommentsKids TV channels
Hello, for some reason I am not able to view the Kids TV channels (704 upwards) as I tells me there is a problem and I need to contact virgin direct. This is proving somewhat difficult as I am struggling to get through. I have 3 boxes and 2 of them are working correctly so I can only assume the third box has an issue or is not been authorised for these channels? thanks1.4KViews0likes7Comments
