There is an additional amount for £4.80 carried over from the previous bill. However, that bill was incorrect and after speaking with Yogesh on virtual chat, Yogesh removed the spurious £4.80 and I paid the outstanding bill. This is from the web chat: "Yogesh 11:54 Message Icon Thank you for letting me know the above information, I have check your contract and bill and adjusted your bill, now you have to pay £20 only." The £4.80 has now reappeared on my new bill and therefore this bill is now incorrect. Could we please resolve this. Thank you Lee Essential Broadband Plus - Price Increase I'm on essential broadband plus, I pay £20 per month, £28 minus £8 credit for UC. I've just received my latest bill and the credit has been reduced to £3.20 making the bill £24.80 and not £20. I was told there would be no price increases to essential broadband as it is the social tariff for low income families. What has happened?
