Is there anything else under additional ISP settings ? The other thing could be to factory reset and run setup when connected to VM hub in modem mode ( as your post implies you've set them up and connected to the VM hub on router mode but maybe I misinterpreted). I find it easiest to reset / set up VM hub to modem mode is via a mobile connected to VM default WiFi so I can leave the rest of my network / PC untouched Re: Lost packets Image here if easier, have re booted and checked connections etc. Lost packets Hi since about 7.30 today our Internet connection is unstable with massive amount of lost packets. There are no faults showing in our area, I tried chat but it kept resetting so not sure if the problem was logged, hence posting here.
