Or could setup a new wireless name for the garden, alternatively, could use powerline adapters to move internet around house using internal power cables. Hope this helps Paultechy Re: Cable my street Threlly dont think the forum staff would have access to that would need to request this info via the rollout/construction department, virginmedia moved from Swansea to Manchester, as for a area is being cabled can depend on supply and demand, since isn't cheap to plan/wire area depending on a few people requesting services Re: Cable my street@lewisbin Kath would need to know e.g. postcode area.. since her crystal ball is in the shop at the moment :)Re: Cable my streetwelshy1812 would take a guess at Cost-Per-Point (CPP) this can also include Cost-Per-Thousand (CPM), e.g. cost of install would be greater than cost of return, since installation of an area can run into easily ten of thousands and possible more.Re: Cable my streetonce the street has been cabled, since a lot of work required behind the scenes, running cables to the head end.. a lot of work on the databases, DHCP etc.. this can take weeks to months.Re: Cable my streetHave you registered on cable my street http://www.virginmedia.com/cablemystreet
