The second is more likely, as most modern devices will disconnect from the wifi completely if they cannot get a proper IP address. The DNS setting could be due to a weak signal, or maybe an issue with the DHCP server on the Hub3. Do you have similar issues when connected wired? If not, it is most likely a wifi signal weakness or interference. Try changing the wifi channel, if on 2.4GHz, try to use one of the main channels 1, 6 or 11, if on 5GHz, try to use DFS channels. Messages requesting to return equipment Hi, I hope this gets to a VM member of staff, I have terminated my account and promptly returned my Hub4 in the prepaid packaging... but more than two weeks later, I keep getting messages demanding to return the hub... latest one is threatening to charge me £65 if I do not return the hub (which I have already done). Trying to get to someone over chat or WhatsApp is pointless, I have been going in circles the whole morning. Re: Retention offer, what a joke There are plenty of new full fibre providers coming to the market with offers well below what Virgin has... I have been a customer for 22 years, from the time of NTL and 600kb/s speeds, now I am moving away as the provider laying fibre on my street is finally fully operational. I am getting 900mb/s symmetric fibre for £25, compared to the £56 for 350mb/s that Virgin wants to extort from me... So shop around, today nearly every provider can offer you at least 70mb/s for a very decent price, if this is what works for you.
