I'm trying to update the accounts (I have multiple Blueyonder email addresses) but it's telling me there is a problem when trying to add them. When I try and log into my Virgin account to check my details, I'm being asked to change my email address to one that isn't VM, but when I do I get the following : "You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes" I haven't recently requested anything, and I haven't got any emails from you. Things used to be so straightforward!
