I contacted Customer Services through the online chat on 18 December (as an aside the bot on the customer service chat is horrendously bad, the whole process took 40 minutes). Was told a new adapter kit would be with me in 3 to 5 working days and that I would receive an email when it was dispatched. The only emails I've received were regarding renewing my contract which I am somewhat loathe to do seeing as I currently cannot use my main box. Is there any way to find out if the replacement part has actually been ordered for me? Re: No Apps Hi, Yes, it is working today, thanks. It wasn't working yesterday but I hadn't had a chance to look at it today. Everything else seemed to be working fine when I checked, just the Apps that weren't responding. @jappits Thanks for the hints there. Yes, Bauer was the name I was looking for and failing to remember. Sadly the idea of leaving anything switched on overnight has been vetoed by a higher power so we'll just have to take any issues that come with that. I did use the "connect to VM services" option when I checked the network connection and it updated the timestamps. No Apps Hi, A lot of the radio stations were moved from the main menu to the Radioline app which is annoying enough as you can only use it when you have your hub and router running (mine get switched off at night) but today no apps are available - tried rebooting the box with no joy. On selecting My Favourite Apps or All Apps all I get is the purple ring routine then nothing. I checked the network connection and it says it's connected.
