On the old V6 remote pressing the yellow button would jump to the +1hr channels if they were available. Is that possible with the new remote ? Also, do the colour buttons do anything ? I dont see any mention of them in the "get to know your fancy new remote" leaflet. SolvedRe: Upgrading (or trying to) cancel that, it just switched off and back on. Now the installation is complete. If so you can go onto your bank app and check your Virgin Media payment, the ref will be your account number. Ignore the last 3 digits if they are 001. Cant help with the area ref, I just happened to remember mine. Netflix I added a reply to a very long thread about this issue but I can't navigate to the end of that thread. Ive just renewed my contract and was told on the phone it included Netflix, I got the emails regarding the contract but nothing about Netflix. It does mention something but I'm not sure what it means. Totally unrelated but how do you find your own posts ? Re: Help with login All sorted and I think Im a moron, cause with the IT lady on the phone she told me to try logging in and let her know what it said. I tried and succeeded immediately. I must have been doing something wrong to start with. thanks all. Re: Netflix Activation Can I jump in on this ? Me too, I had an issue with logging in and got it sorted. But at the same time I asked about my contract ending soon. They gave me a decent new package and did say Netflix was included. I never got an email about that. But on looking at my contract, what does this mean, where it says something about Netflix being declined ? Re: Help with login Wee update, I ended up phoning them and now I have to wait for an IT guy to call me. The problem is that I still have my NTL email at Virgin and I think my VM02 is my hotmail address. But when I tried to switch it over, they sent the email confirmation to the virgin one that I cant access. Thanks for responding Carley , fingers crossed the IT person can sort it all out.
