On the mobile data side, after changing the "parental control" in your mobile account - your phone will need to be restarted. Maybe try turning "parental control" on, restart phone, then turn "parental control" off and restart phone again.

The ones with two ethernet ports are the newest version and they will work fine when connected by ethernet back to the Hub.

The Connect App will only scan when WiFi signal is straight from Hub3 only.It failed because your phone is connected to the Pod instead of the Hub.
