Hi No VPN I have linked VM and 02 accounts successfully (this is when the issue started) I can access both apps via laptop, iPad, iPhone. I can even access TV GO through firefox on my android tablet. (I,E the desktop version) But neither of the Android apps work For Sky Sports APP i can input my email via the VM portal but when i hit next to get to the password part all i get is ACCESS DENIED For TV GO again i can input the email address then when i hit next it hangs then says Ooops please try again in a few minutes. I have cleared cache etc, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but nothing works. This ALL began when I as well as others, linked the two accounts. As you can see there are a good few people on here now not able to access either app on Samsung/Android tablets. There is clearly an issue!Re: Can't get into TV GO app
Team There is definitely an issue being able to login to both TV Go and Sky Sports since we've had to connect VM and 02 accounts on Samsung/Android tablets I have successfully connected the accounts but since then I've not been able to log in to either App. It was all working the day before I joined the accounts. Sky Sports says access Denied TV GO says Ooops there's a problem try again later. I can login on ipad iphone and on laptop so its definitley an android issue!!!! I've cleared cache etc I've deleted and reinstalled the apps. NOTHING is working!!!Re: NOT ABLE TO WATCH SKY SPORTS ON TABLET
TV GO not working either, use the correct login email and then a message saying Ooops not working try again later. BOTH Apps not working on android tablet since I "successfully" linked VM and O2 accounts. BOTH work on iPad iPhone and on Laptop. In fact using my tablet i can log in to the 'desktop' version of TV Go, just not through the Apps. It can't be a coincidence that since linking neither app works!!!
