Thanks, Adrian Re: Unable to see the record or series link logo in the user guide Hi all, I can confirm that we experienced a technical fault a couple of weeks back in area ref 18. The fault has impacted some TiVo and V6 customers (not all). The boxes that were impacted will only encounter the fault if the box is rebooted. A full reset of the box will resolve this but existing recordings will be lost and planned recordings + series links will need to be re-done. Instructions are as follows : Power off, hold plus and standby on front panel, power on, let go of buttons at Welcome screen The box should be fully functional again within 15 minutes Thanks, Adrian
