Was related to Microsoft Azure networking issue which they have now resolved so not related to VM network. Re: Access to Azure/AWS DNS connection issues. Forgot to say issue is not getting to site at all e.g. https://portal.azure.com or very slow e.g. SSO to other Microsoft services. Re: Access to Azure/AWS DNS connection issues. I'm seeing this problem today, 2nd Sept, access to Azure, Microsoft portals and SSO. Either not getting to the site at all. Example trying to access https://portal.azure.com gives this error below. Have tried from 2 different PCs on home VM network and both have same issue as well as mobile connected to WiFi. Have tried via PC connected to work network and everything fine with no issues so definitely related to VM network. Some kind of DNS/routing issue to Microsoft services. Has anyone else noticed this today? Tried all usual diags e.g. tracert, pings, rebooted everything etc. Hmmm… can't reach this page portal.azure.com took too long to respond Re: Replace Tivo Box with Freeview Recorder Thanks good to hear that advice. Replace Tivo Box with Freeview Recorder Thinking of removing the Tivo box and replacing with Freeview Recorder due to poor value. I have M250 BB and Maxit TV no landline or mobile. The basic TV package is mostly rubbish viewing and total monthly bill is now £106. Anyone have any feedback on a similar move and was it worth doing or just negotiate a better deal by threatening to leave! I know I'll have to have a decent aerial etc and some differences in channels etc so just interested in any views on good/bad idea and any gotchas to think about. Also have a smart TV anyway which can stream via apps but cannot record hence freeview recorder. Wondering if recording is even a thing now due to catch up TV on most channels. Thanks. SolvedBR6 Loss of internet and TV services Service down since yesterday evening any updates please. Re: V6 Box Pixelation Hi @Zach_R thanks for your reply. The issue occurs on live TV pause and also recorded playback plus live TV. I've rebooted modem and VM TV box but nothing further than that. Paul. Re: V6 Box Pixelation Thanks japitts. Will take a closer look at the symptons to see if they can be narrowed down. Will also call VM to test. Re: V6 Box Pixelation Thanks royo247. The issue in 2018 was a signal issue and cable from street replaced. Could be same issue again, will report to VM to ask them test. V6 Box Pixelation Getting pixelation on my v6 box when watching both live TV and recordings. I had this issue as far back as 2022 when I posted in the forums. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
