I have been unable to send or receive emails since the begining of this whole sorry episode. How much longer will it be before we receive the service we are still paying for, Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 The loss of Historic emails is certainly a problem but to me the inability to send and receive emails on a phone, tablet, or PC is of equal importance. It is bad enough not to be able to do banking and shopping and much more, but to be constantly told that we can all send and receive emails has been particularly annoying. I am not a technician so can see this situation going on and on and on so I will have to find someone to help me with this. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 paulus thanks for your response. I set up webmail on my PC 22 years ago and I must admit that although I found it easy then, much of it goes over my head now! I will do as you suggest. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 There are so many problems I have tried to concentrate on one at a time. Here is one. When trying to read through the mail a message randomly appears "enter your password for ****.****@blueyonder.co.uk on imap.virginmedia.com" Any idea what this means? Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Just when you think it can't get any worse! I have one phone that can not send or receive emails. One tablet that will not reliably connect to the internet. A pc that will not send emails but sends about 50 copies of all incoming messages We have missed very important emails Now I get a text saying you are changing my home phone to your fibre network. Best of luck! I set up email 20 years ago and POP3 and IMAP don't mean much to me now.
