Hard wired ethernet cable, router is 5 feet away from PC. This is the graph (I think) https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/b8f806273985bcd069955096a8904272a3123f39 Connection dropped between 7.30 and 9pm roughly, but looking at the graph all seems OK? I don't know, but it hasn't fixed the disconnect issue - in the 3rd game of the night (Rainbow Six Seige) anf the ping that was between 20ms and 40ms suddenly went to 0ms and moments later, the game and Discord VOiP both went off.18Views0likes1CommentRe: Disconnected my Online Game, and from Discord every day
Virgin have been and changed the router this morning. One of the lads said the one I had was not doing any updates and hadn't been for a while, so maybe a firmware issue has been caudsing the jitter issue. On top of that my Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+ stopped streaming before the weekend and I also couldn't choose any movies from "others" if it was aired earlier. At the same visit, they swapped out the set-top box as well. We have an engineer due today.
