Hopefully this works? I am trying to login to Sky Sports Desktop Player, which I do every day. Suddenly this morning I'm taken to a completely new screen, one I have never seen before, it asks me for my VM email, then my VM login password, then another screen asking for my backup email, and I see it's then going to ask for 2 step authentification. Just to login to Sky Sports Desktop Player. So it is going through all the steps trying to set me up as a "new VM user" which I'm not, I've been using Sky Sports via their website and my VM login for years and years. I don't want to set up as a new user, and not sure why suddenly this is being Tried on variouis browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, all exactly the same. None take me to my usual login screens. Trying to login to in the usual way, ie SkySports via website and then clicking to launch desktop viewer. Same results on all, sometimes Access Denied, sometimes 504 Gateway Time Out. Trying to watch the Newcastle/Arsenal semi final on desktop. I've used this for years and never seen this issue before. Re: Log in to Sky Sports failing No I use desktop PC and have done for years. It's not working, the VM login on Sky Sports website doesn't log us in. It just goes into a never ending loop, enter login, back to home page, etc. When will this be fixed? Usually I just login using VM details option and it then takes me to a page with the link to open the Sky Desktop Player. But the exact same thing as others mention above, is happening for me. Accepts my login details (which are correct) but doesn't log me in. Sounds like Sky Sports is not recognizing VM logins at all. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Edge. All the same. The login details are accepted, but then it just goes to Sky Sports home page and still doesn't log me in. I try to login from there but just goes round the same loop again. No error messages, it accepts the login details (which are correct, I checked by logging in to my VM Account) but just doesn't log me in.
