Virgin Media Billing
Sorry if ive not posted this in the right area but I was unsure where to post. My Current bill is £73.50 and is due to go upto £78.75 this month and I cannot afford this. I contacted virgin and was told that if I was to downgrade my TV package my bill will rise to over £100 a month and if this is the case I will have no choice but to end my contract of all services with virgin and switch to someone like BT or Sky. Is it possible someone could contact me to discuss this or if I could have a contact number for Head office to discuss with them. Thanks.60Views0likes2CommentsRe: change email password
This doesn't allow me to reset my virgin media password. All its done its change the logon password to my google mail account which is unhelpful as I want to be able to access my ntlworld email in my outlook hence why I need the password. What's weird is that my PC accepts a password I have but my phone doesn't accept the same password.3KViews0likes1Comment
