Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Still pixellating on BBC4 (haven't checked Sky Arts). Box is on and will be left on. Would be good to get some sort of answer -- many thanks. Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated I’m trying to leave the box on all the time: have gone to 24h before it turns off automatically. Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Have turned my box on again, with 24h before standby. Would be grateful to know about diagnostics. Thanks. Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Hi -- I have just turned the box on. I'd be grateful if you could test and get back to me, thanks! Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Sorry: I missed your reply. I will turn the box on now and leave it on. It isn't the cable: it is only on those two channels of the channels that I watch. Re: Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Sorry: I missed your reply; it wasn't flagged to me. No: the exact opposite. Freeview is NOT pixellated, but Virgin media is. Two of my channels are intermittently pixellated Of the channels I watch regularly, two are intermittently pixellated: Sky Arts HD and BBC 4. It is the broadcast signal that is the problem: I've checked by concurrently switching between Freeview and Virgin. Sometimes it's just the odd flicker; sometimes the channel becomes unwatchable. I'd be grateful for some contact from Virgin to fix it. Do some Virgin Store Movies not have sub-titles? I rented Oppenheimer from Virgin Store Movies. Much of the dialogue is half-mumbled, but I was unable to get sub-titles. I could turn them on via Remote>Home>Accessibility>Sub-titles so that they appeared on (eg) BBC 1, but there were no sub-titles for the movie. I also turned them on for my LG TV, with the same result. Is there some other control that would turn sub-titles on, or are they missing from some movie titles? If so, is there any way of finding that out before buying or renting a movie? Thanks! Re: Can I organise my apps? Solved! Thanks very much. I don't use the voice control, but that gets me to the icons quickly and pressing buttons works fine.
