ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsNetflix & Mega Volt Bundle Ok, where do i start Renewed contract, after many years (original Blueyonder user), managed to get adeal not too far off from what i was paying before....first bill = bundle PLUS additional charge for Netflix, although i was told it was part of the deal (and although we told them we have own account, so dont require) Tried call them on 150 and was told that because we have an OUTSTANDING BILL (it was issued yesterday) we would face restrictions (payment is due by 17th FEB!!! and could not get through to anyone !!! Woke up this morning to find out Bill for last month at higher approx £40!! also asking for this months, can someone contact me, i have only just paid what I think im due, rest has to be taken off I signed the email stating i would continue contract at cheaper version!
